Shown here, the SGN188 car or truck seat rail or floor mount holds large phones, including the Samsung Galaxy S6, S5, and S4, Galaxy Note 5 and Note 4. It also holds midsize (7” or 8” screen size) tablets, including the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and 8.0, Galaxy Note 8.0, and the Galaxy Tab Active. This mount includes a spring-loaded holder and a seat rail or floor mount with 18” flexible aluminum gooseneck. The spring-loaded holder makes it easy to insert or remove the phone from the holder with one hand, yet holds the device securely. The top and bottom adjustable-leg design of the holder helps keep any side buttons and ports unobstructed. Included with the holder are 4 short and 4 longer support legs that work with the spring-loaded holder to extend as large as 7.5” (using all four long legs) or as compact as 4” (using all four short legs) to fit various size devices. The most common mount holder configuration is to attach 2 short support legs on top and the 2 long support legs on the bottom of the holder. The mount is made of strong aluminum, and is ideal for those who prefer mounting their device somewhere other than the windshield or dash. Use a socket wrench to install the mount to the car’s seat rail. Bend the 18” gooseneck and rotate the swivel ball adapter head for 360° rotation for exact positioning of the cell phone. Optional floor brackets are included for screwing the car dock directly into the floor of the vehicle. (Warning: Drilling into the vehicle’s floor may damage the vehicle.
